Invested by the government of Equatorial Guinea, the EPC project implemented by China State Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Equatorial Guinea Co., Ltd. will be used as the venue for the 2011 AU Summit after completion, and will become one of the landmarks of Equatorial Guinea.

The overall architectural style of the conference center project is modern and has African characteristics; the appearance is majestic and powerful, and full of appeal. The total construction area is 27073 square meters, the total height of the building is 31.2 meters, and it is divided into 5 floors. The function of the International Conference Center is composed of four parts, namely the main conference area, the presidential reception area, group meetings and office areas, equipment and auxiliary rooms.
